Sustainable Forestry Initiative® (
SFI®) is a non-profit organization founded by the American Forest and Paper Association and the American Timber industry’s trade association. As of January 1, 2007, the
SFI® program became independent, being governed by an independent board of directors and is responsible for maintaining, overseeing and improving a sustainable forestry certification program that is internationally recognized and is the largest single forest standard in the world.
Progressive is
SFI® certified by SGS as having been assessed and approved against the Standard for The
Sustainable Forestry Initiative® Program: requirements for Chain of Custody and Product labels.
